病由: 跟香港腳一樣是由黴菌引起的一種感染性皮膚病.
皮膚上的表現: 最常見的型態是在股溝附近出現紅色或是深咖啡色的斑塊, 外圈會有一圈比較明顯的偏紅甚至脫屑邊緣(醫學上會稱呼其為active margin). 常常有偶發性劇癢.
好發季節: 夏天比較多且嚴重, 但在台灣一整年春夏秋冬都好發.
治療跟衛教: 口服或是外用抗黴菌藥物治療. 內褲不可以太緊(EX: 緊身牛仔褲), 材質不可以太悶熱必須通風(EX: 透氣的薄棉內褲,少彈性人工纖維).
