好發年齡跟部位: 一般都在青春期以後的人生某階段. 臉, 脖子, 耳垂, 軀幹為主。
症狀: 大小從米粒狀大小一直長到數公分以上皆有可能, 顏色大概就是皮膚色且不會有什麼特殊的感覺, 會隨著時間會越長越大. 假設我們用醫療用的尖針或是手術刀劃破它, 會有像是沙拉油或是豆漿渣一般的東西跑出來, 基本上擠出來之後就消退, 但通常幾個月後又會變大。
治療: 最根本的做法是直接手術摘除(surgical resection), 把整個囊鞘跟內含物取出, 比較不會有復發的機率。
